dodging billions in taxes

So why do we allow businesses to avoid so much in taxes?  We sickeningly give them every break possible, while screwing individuals.  Are we all afraid the businesses will pull up stakes and leave the country?   I say let them go, and don't allow them to sell their wares to Americans until they are willing to pay their fair share in taxes.
