Starship 8 main stage exploded not long after launch, threatening the Bahamas this time, and forcing ground stops for airlines in Florida. That's TWO high-profile failures in a row. Musk has not reached orbit ONCE yet with Starship. You know, maybe "move fast and break things" is not a good idea with space exploration. Will there ever be any consequences for this Nazi?
