Al Jazeera America has signed off the air. Damn shame. They did some really good investigative work, but that Muslim-y-soundin' name never did go over with Joe Six-Pack America.
Al Jazeera itself is still on the air, however.
Another good TV signal with a dubious moniker is "RT", or what used to be known as Russia Today. Yeah, yeah, Putin this and Putin that. I really don't think that Vladimir is controlling Thom Hartmann or Ed Schultz, or Watching the Hawks or Lee Camp.
