kiln & wheel set

We now have the new power line run to the Skutt kiln and got around to buying a few new fire extinguishers (you should always have one in the area of the kiln) so we are now ready to do a test fire of the kiln to be sure all is in order. 

We got one of the smaller automatic kilns, but it is plenty big enough for what the wife has been making potter-wise. She is very excited.

The wheel is also ready to go and she is very excited.

Now all we need are more shelves and a sturdy table to work at. It never ends!!
