And Chris pledges to filibuster the FISA bill AGAIN in January IF it contains telecom immunity. There is simply no good reason to allow warrantless wiretapping of American citizens when the FISA regs have done very well in the past. At least, no good reason that they have told us, and I'm sure they CAN'T tell us, because that might reveal National Security issues. Uh huh. Do we have terrorists living among us, George? Haven't we always? George probably calls them terrorists, while we might call them Democrats or citizens who think George is a corporate wet dream of a wrecking ball.
