I cannot recall the last time - and I suspect it was never - that one party (the Republicans) showed such disrespect for the other party's (Democrat's) President.
Some people actually think that since we passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that racism is a thing of the past in this country. Some people are truly delusional. I can't help but wonder how much of the antipathy and disrespect shown to Obama stems from the fact that he is partly "black."
