wagamama

Wagamama is a Japanese food restaurant chain founded in London in 1992.  Now they are in 17 countries, including the U.S., but as far as I can tell, only Massachusetts so far.

We ate there three times while in London (at three different locations) and each time the food was exceptional, the service was quick, and the prices are not outrageous.

Houston is such a foodie town, I guarantee you the chain would be a huge smash there.  Don't look at me, though, operating a restaurant is just too much work.

Thanks to Rick Steve's for turning me on to this one.  If you get the chance, take it.
