SPI 2nd bridge

The second bridge to South Padre Island is still in the works, but according to this vid, construction will begin in 2019 and be complete by 2022. Until this video, the latest word was construction would start in 2017 and be finished in 2019. 

Maybe #45 fired everybody from the agency that is supposed to approve this second causeway.
