This will probably do no good at all but here it is. I am tired of hearing Trump acolytes parroting the "Democrats stole the election", "Democrats cheat", crap spewed out by the senile Orange Elbow.
Here are the facts. If you want to dispute the sources, then you produce a single court case that reached the conclusion of any significant cheating by the Democrats. You are making the claim of cheating, back it up with court case docket numbers or shut the front door. I am tired of replying to these moronic claims and will no longer do so.

COURT RECORDS ON 2020 (AND LATER) ELECTION FRAUD: WHAT WAS ACTUALLY FOUND, BY PARTY
Standard used: a court, prosecutor, or official body found (or formally charged) organized misconduct bigger than a handful of isolated cases. Not opinion, not rumor.
PART 1: DEMOCRATS
2020 presidential election: NONE. No court in any state found significant fraud favoring Democrats. Examples of how the Trump-side challenges ended:
Trump v. Biden (Wisconsin Supreme Court, Dec. 14, 2020). In a 4-3 ruling, three of Trump's four claims were rejected as filed too late and the fourth as meritless. Source 1
Bowyer v. Ducey (U.S. District Court, Arizona, Dec. 9, 2020). Sidney Powell's suit to decertify Arizona; the judge found plaintiffs lacked standing, the fraud allegations were vague and implausible, and the evidence unreliable. Appeal to the Ninth Circuit was dismissed. Source 2
King v. Whitmer (U.S. District Court, Michigan). Dismissed in December 2020; on Aug. 25, 2021 Judge Linda Parker sanctioned Powell, Lin Wood and seven other lawyers, ordering them to pay Michigan's and Detroit's legal fees, take legal-education courses, and referring all nine for possible suspension or disbarment. Texas v. Pennsylvania (U.S. Supreme Court, Dec. 11, 2020). Texas's motion was denied for lack of standing because it had no cognizable interest in how another state runs its elections. Source 4
Trump's own Attorney General, Bill Barr, told the AP on Dec. 1, 2020 that DOJ had not found fraud on a scale that could have changed the outcome. Source 5
Later elections (local, not presidential):
Bridgeport, CT 2023 Democratic mayoral primary. Judge William Clark ruled that the number of mishandled absentee ballots was large enough to put the primary in serious doubt and ordered a new primary; the case centered on video of a city employee and a council candidate stuffing multiple ballots into drop boxes. Source 6. In Feb. 2025 the Chief State's Attorney charged five people, including Democratic Town Committee vice chair Wanda Geter-Pataky on 92 counts and three sitting council members. Source 7. Disposition: primary re-run; criminal cases pending.
Paterson, NJ 2020 city council election (3rd Ward). Judge Ernest Caposela ordered a new election after criminal charges were filed against the winner, Alex Mendez, for mail-ballot fraud, unauthorized possession of ballots, and tampering with records. Mendez was indicted on additional charges in Oct. 2023, accused of personally collecting ballots and running a ballot-stealing operation; postal inspectors found hundreds of mail-in ballots bundled in mailboxes. Source 9. Disposition: election re-run; criminal case pending.
PART 2: REPUBLICANS / TRUMP CAMP
United States v. Trump (D.D.C.) - federal indictment for conspiring to overturn 2020 (fake electors, Pence pressure, "find votes"). Disposition: Judge Tanya Chutkan dismissed the case without prejudice on Nov. 25, 2024 after Jack Smith moved to drop it, citing DOJ policy against prosecuting a sitting president. Source 10
State of Georgia v. Trump et al. (Fulton County RICO case) - covered the Raffensperger call, fake electors, Coffee County machine breach. Powell, Chesebro, Ellis and Hall pleaded guilty in 2023. After DA Willis was disqualified, the replacement prosecutor recommended dropping everything, and Judge McAfee dismissed the case in its entirety on Nov. 26, 2025. Source 11
Michigan v. 16 fake electors - Judge Kristen Simmons dismissed all charges Sept. 9, 2025, saying she did not believe there was sufficient evidence to prove intent. Source 12
Nevada v. 6 fake electors (incl. the state GOP chair) - dismissed 2024 on venue, revived by the Nevada Supreme Court in Nov. 2025, then dismissed again Aug. 13, 2026. Judge Holthus found the state failed to show the electors intended to defraud officials and that prosecutors undermined the indictment by withholding evidence from the grand jury; the AG's office said it would appeal. Arizona v. Meadows, Giuliani, Epshteyn, 11 fake electors et al. - one elector pleaded guilty in Aug. 2024. The Arizona Supreme Court declined to revive the prosecution on June 4, 2026, and on June 18, 2026 AG Mayes dismissed the case while vowing to take it back to a grand jury. Source 14, 15
Wisconsin v. Chesebro, Troupis, Roman - each faces 11 felony forgery counts for allegedly deceiving Wisconsin's 10 electors about how their certificates would be used; all pleaded not guilty June 16, 2026. Still moving forward. Source 16. Separately, the 10 electors, Chesebro and Troupis settled a civil suit over the scheme in Dec. 2023. Source 17
Federal pardons - on Nov. 10, 2025 Trump issued a "full, complete, and unconditional" pardon to Giuliani, Meadows, Powell, Eastman and dozens of others tied to the 2020 effort, explicitly excluding himself; pardons apply only to federal crimes, and none of those named had been federally charged. People v. Tina Peters (Colorado) - Republican Mesa County clerk convicted on four felonies and three misdemeanors for letting a Lindell associate into county voting equipment; sentenced Oct. 3, 2024 to nine years. Source 19
Bar discipline - Giuliani disbarred in New York July 2, 2024 after the court found he repeatedly made false statements about the 2020 election, including the dead-voters-in-Philadelphia claim. Source 20
SUMMARY
Six years of litigation produced no court finding of significant fraud favoring Democrats in the 2020 presidential election, and Trump's own AG said as much. The only judicially confirmed large-scale ballot abuse tied to Democrats came in two local races (Bridgeport 2023, Paterson 2020), where judges ordered do-over elections and prosecutors filed charges that are still pending. On the Republican side, the conduct - fake elector certificates in seven states, the "find 11,780 votes" call, the pressure on Pence, a voting-machine breach - was serious enough to produce one federal and five state prosecutions, four guilty pleas, one nine-year prison sentence, court sanctions, and a disbarment. Yet almost none of it reached a verdict: the federal case was dropped because Trump won, Georgia's was dismissed by a replacement prosecutor, Michigan's and Nevada's were thrown out on intent, Arizona's is in limbo, and Trump pardoned 77 participants. Only Wisconsin's forgery case is still alive. The record shows a great deal of unlawful effort to overturn 2020, very little accountability, and no evidence of the fraud that effort claimed to be fighting.
